为什么(me)要(yao)(yao)用(yong)接(jie)(jie)触(chu)器(qi)(qi)?你(ni)可能会问,为什么(me)要(yao)(yao)用(yong)接(jie)(jie)触(chu)器(qi)(qi)呢(ni)?直(zhi)(zhi)接(jie)(jie)把电(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)连接(jie)(jie)到(dao)PLC上去控(kong)制不行吗?这是(shi)(shi)为什么(me)呢(ni)?因(yin)为你(ni)不能直(zhi)(zhi)接(jie)(jie)把一(yi)个(ge)(ge)高(gao)压(ya)电(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji),连接(jie)(jie)到(dao)价格昂贵的(de)(de)PLC上,如果那样做(zuo)的(de)(de)话,一(yi)旦电(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)侧有(you)浪涌,就直(zhi)(zhi)接(jie)(jie)把PLC模块打坏掉了(le)。正确(que)的(de)(de)做(zuo)法是(shi)(shi),在PLC与电(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)之间(jian)(jian),加入一(yi)个(ge)(ge)接(jie)(jie)触(chu)器(qi)(qi)进行间(jian)(jian)接(jie)(jie)控(kong)制,也就能起(qi)到(dao)保护PLC的(de)(de)作用(yong)了(le)。这里的(de)(de)“间(jian)(jian)接(jie)(jie)”又(you)是(shi)(shi)个(ge)(ge)什么(me)意思呢(ni)?其实,所有(you)的(de)(de)接(jie)(jie)触(chu)器(qi)(qi)内,都会有(you)一(yi)个(ge)(ge)低(di)压(ya)线(xian)(xian)圈(quan)。我们把PLC的(de)(de)输出(chu)连接(jie)(jie)到(dao)这个(ge)(ge)低(di)压(ya)线(xian)(xian)圈(quan)上,而(er)这个(ge)(ge)低(di)压(ya)线(xian)(xian)圈(quan)的(de)(de)工作电(dian)(dian)压(ya)通(tong)常都是(shi)(shi)直(zhi)(zhi)流24伏的(de)(de)。只要(yao)(yao)这个(ge)(ge)低(di)压(ya)线(xian)(xian)圈(quan)通(tong)电(dian)(dian),就会产生(sheng)一(yi)个(ge)(ge)电(dian)(dian)磁场(chang),这个(ge)(ge)电(dian)(dian)磁场(chang)会吸合(he)(he)这里的(de)(de)三个(ge)(ge)触(chu)点,从而(er)导(dao)通(tong)电(dian)(dian)源回路,使得电(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)启(qi)动。需要(yao)(yao)注意的(de)(de)是(shi)(shi),这里的(de)(de)线(xian)(xian)圈(quan)和触(chu)点之间(jian)(jian)是(shi)(shi)没有(you)直(zhi)(zhi)接(jie)(jie)的(de)(de)物(wu)理连接(jie)(jie)的(de)(de)。触(chu)点的(de)(de)通(tong)断完全由线(xian)(xian)圈(quan)产生(sheng)的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)磁场(chang)进行控(kong)制,当(dang)(dang)线(xian)(xian)圈(quan)没有(you)通(tong)电(dian)(dian)时,触(chu)点断开;当(dang)(dang)PLC发(fa)出(chu)24伏的(de)(de)直(zhi)(zhi)流信(xin)号(hao)时,线(xian)(xian)圈(quan)通(tong)电(dian)(dian),触(chu)点闭合(he)(he),电(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)启(qi)动。通(tong)过配置接(jie)(jie)触(chu)器(qi)(qi),PLC和电(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)之间(jian)(jian)就不需要(yao)(yao)直(zhi)(zhi)接(jie)(jie)相(xiang)连,因(yin)此也就不用(yong)担心PLC模块会因(yin)为电(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)浪涌而(er)损坏了(le)。江苏省(sheng)生(sheng)产交(jiao)流高(gao)压(ya)卧式(shi)真空(kong)接(jie)(jie)触(chu)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)公司(si);
